Overview
We kicked off our webinar series with our first event, “Health AI Policy to Advance Patient Rights, Interests, and Voices,” featuring the latest updates from The Light Collective. Tommy Wang, PhD, moderated a panel of speakers, including Andrea Downing and Valencia Robinson from The Light Collective, Ysabel Duron from the Latino Cancer Institute, and Liz Salmi from OpenNotes. Together, they shared how they are amplifying the voices of patients to influence real-world AI governance and improve patient safety. There also was a robust Q&A portion of the program with thoughtful questions from the audience.
